These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SI Instagram Feed (the “App”), a Webflow Marketplace App developed and operated by Stroke Infotech (“we,” “us,” “our”). By installing, authorizing, or using the App, you (“Customer,” “you”)agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. The Service

SI Instagram Feed is a Data Client App available on the Webflow Marketplace. It allows you to: - Install the App on your Webflow site via Webflow’s official authorization (OAuth) flow - Connect an Instagram Business or Creator account via Meta’s authorization flow -Display posts from your connected Instagram account on your published Webflow site through a feed component.

2. Eligibility & Account Requirements

To use the App you must have (a) a valid Webflow account with permission to install Marketplace Apps on the relevant site, and (b) a valid Instagram Business or Creator account eligible for Instagram API access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of both accounts and for all activity that occurs through your authorized connections.

3. Authorization & Connected Accounts

By installing the App, you authorize us to access your Webflow site to the extent of the permissions granted during installation, and to access your connected Instagram account’s public media via Meta’s API to the extent of the permissions you grant. You may revoke either authorization at any time via your Webflow account settings or your Instagram/Meta “Apps and Websites” settings; doing so will stop the feed from updating and may disable App functionality on your site.

4. Subscription & Fees

Use of certain App features may require a paid subscription as described on our Pricing page. Billing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to: violate Instagram/Meta’s Platform Terms or Webflow’s Acceptable Use Policy; misrepresent your affiliation with any Instagram account you connect; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App’s operation; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

6. Third-Party Content and Services

The App displays content retrieved from Instagram via Meta’s API. We do not own, control, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or continued display of this content, and your use of Instagram content remains subject to Instagram’s own Terms of Use and the rights of the original content owner. Your use of the App is also subject to Webflow’s Developer/Marketplace terms and Meta’s Platform Policy, and continued App functionality depends on our continued access to those platforms’ APIs.

7. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the feed will always update in real time, remain error-free, or be uninterrupted, including due to changes, outages, or rate limits imposed by Webflow or Instagram/Meta that are outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stroke Infotech and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, revenue, or business — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Data Handling

Our collection and use of your Webflow account data, Instagram account data, and any data of your site visitors is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Term, Suspension & Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you have the App installed. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the App, or if required by Webflow or Meta policy. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App from your Webflow site, which will also revoke our access to your connected accounts going forward.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
